My name is Tony Jepson and I'm an experienced executive career coach. I am also a qualified person-centered counsellor/therapist based in Nottingham. I work via a number of corporate providers as well as with a range of private clients, providing the necessary support and guidance during periods of change in their lives. 

I also specialise in supporting individuals wishing to develop their careers and those experiencing redundancy. I am ready to support and work with you too. I work either face to face or can work remotely with clients via Skype. This can be useful if your schedule is tight or you live in another part of the country. Many clients find it convenient and it allows you to relax in the comfort of familiar surroundings.

I work both privately and via corporate clients to provide individuals and groups with support. This may include assisting you in working out your next step in your career, confidence coaching, support required with CVs or a business plan for those setting up in business as well as how to get the most out of your presence on social media.
